Creation of account is free of charge. However you need to subscribe to our subscription plan for usage of the mailing address and mailing administration services.

We don’t require verification of your identity, however we reserve the rights to request for your identification documents (passport, utility bills, National ID, etc) for verification if needed.

Currently we don’t provide the services to receive your purchases. We are only providing mailing address for your vendors to mail the documents /letters to the mailing address. However we are looking to introduce the services to receive your purchases in the future.

We understand that for the different reason that you may want to consolidate your letters in a single address. The consolidation would allow you manage your letters easily, especially in the current pandemic situations where travelling is difficult. In addition, it gives you the privacy/proxy to your residential in Singapore or overseas.

We provide mails forwarding via email to your registered email address and/or consolidate them to be forwarded to your registered residential with us.

We treat the safety and privacy of our users’ private information strictly confidential. We don’t keep your letters more than the allowed storage time. In addition, we shred all the documents/letters upon the request to discard them or if the storage time is up.

No, you can’t use the rented mailing address as your registered business address for your company or personal registered address. We do not entertain any registered address verification.
